But just as important is the professionalism of the staff and how they treat customers in a first-class way the entire time you’re there.

Since my wife or I are there so often, it’s gotten to a point where some of the staff knows our name and what we like to eat or drink, and they’re ready for us when we sit down. It’s when the people behind businesses show a passion for what they’re doing – and who they’re doing it for – that a company is really able to stand out and build the strongest possible relationship with its clients.
