I love the game of “What if…” It seems that my name and the word plumbing go hand in hand, which is why it was difficult for me to answer when asked what I'd be doing if I wasn't a plumber. So, what if…?
My initial response was that I would be doing anything that allowed me to work with my hands. This is a MUST for me. As a kid, I was constantly taking things apart and trying to reassemble them. It seems crazy, but this was always very entertaining for me. As a teen, this love for building things took on a bigger role, as I began to work on cars. And of course, when I started working, I began my journey into the world of plumbing.
I love that plumbing is skillful and challenging, and that no two jobs are ever the same. Here at Roger’s Plumbing Company, we’re always coming across different situations that challenge us, but in a good way.
But what if I wasn’t a plumber? I think working for an organization such as Habitat for Humanity would be a good fit for me, because it would allow me to work with my hands and still help others.
What about you? Ever ask yourself, “What if…?”
