A very common issue that people face sometimes is a leaky faucet in your sink. Sometimes all that needs to be done is simply tightening a component of the faucet and/or handle used to turn it on/off. In other cases, if that is not the issue you may need to remove the cap on the handle, the handle screw, and the handle itself. Next, you will need to use a crescent wrench to unscrew the packing nut, followed by unscrewing the stem. You should then see the seat washer, ( the needs replneeds to be replaced) which is held in place by a brass screw. Replacing the seat washer and reassembling everything should take care of your issue.
How To Fix A Clogged Shower Drain
A very common bathroom issue that can become annoying quickly is a slow or clogged shower drain. The fix can often be as simple as adding some drain cleaner dissolving the minor back up inside the drain. If that method doesn’t work then you will want to try removing the drain cover which in many cases you will then see that a large amount of hair can be the culprit. If that is not the issue then it may require you to remove the tub stopper and assembly to maneuver further down into the drain. Once you are clear and have removed all the parts you may want to try a homemade drain claw such a as a coat hanger in a hook shape to help remove whatever may be clogging your drain.
